Ground Coffee or Instant - What's Your Preference?

Ground Coffee or Instant - What"s Your Preference? People love coffee. I personally canò€™t live a day without even just a single cup at the least. According to The National Coffee Association, annual surveys reveal that over 50% of adult Americans consume coffee every day. Among these coffee drinkers, an average consumption would be about 3 cups of coffee blend a day. More than half of the drinkers consume their coffee during breakfast, and the rest between meals or with meals. Ground Coffee or Instant Coffee? So why has coffee become so special to almost every adult? Women may consider it being a good way to relax and bond with friends. It probably serves as a socializing tool. Men on the other hand, may find it beneficial in getting work done. This is most likely because of the caffeine that helps keep one, up and about. There are many reasons why people find it indispensable, sometimes even resulting to an addiction. I personally take my coffee in the simplest, most ordinary way. I heat a cup of water in the microwave for about a minute as I like it steaming hot, and then I stir in about a teaspoon full of instant coffee, 2 teaspoons of creamer, and a few Splenda. What could be simpler than that? But I love my coffee. Ground Coffee or Instant Coffee? We really have our individual preferences so to speak. Iò€™ve actually heard numerous times though, how ground coffee can be much more beneficial than the instant ones available anywhere. There are those who speak about the benefits of consuming ground coffee as to the instant. There are discussions about the best way to roast, grind and brew coffee the correct way. Honestly, I do not have much patience to do such. Iò€™m happy with my own concoction. No need for those grinders. Besides, at the end of the day, what counts the most is the satisfaction you get from your good old cup.
