Make Your Own Delicious Artisan Bread

Those who are always on the lookout for delicious organic bread always include Artisan bread in their must-buy or must-bake lists. Artisan bread has a very rich and natural taste that sets it apart from other loaves being bought in common grocery stores. You will need basic recipe ingredients such as salt, flour, water yeast for the Artisan bread. To have more varieties, additional ingredients such as oil and milk may be added. Nuts, cheese and fruits can also be mixed in to give an added twist to your traditionally made Artisan Bread. Compared to commercially-produced bread types, Artisan Bread has a shorter storage life because they have no chemicals and preservatives added. But for those who prefer eating healthier and tastier bread, shorter storage life is really a small price to pay for the rich taste and the quality of an Artisan Bread. Artisan bread has many varieties, which include Delicatessen-style Rye Bread, French Baguettes and Italian Foccacia. To get these bread recipes right, you must try to follow the style of baking preparation of traditional bakers. For instance, they hardly use an electric mixer for kneading their dough. They prefer to do the old-fashioned kneading by hand, even if it"s more time-consuming. They usually bake dough using naturally produced heat from their brick or stone hearths. The baking stones distribute the heat evenly produce a delicate, evenly-cooked crust. The recipe in making Artisan bread is used in making croissants, pizza crusts and loaves used for hoagies and sub sandwiches. It"s also being used for sweet bread types, such as chocolate loaves. You can readily make your own Artisan Bread if you have the right kitchen tools and ingredients. You can start by using basic recipe ingredients, then adding additional ones as you perfect the very basic loaf recipe. You can add honey/oil later on if you want moister for your bread. You can also make your dough firmer by letting it settle a bit before you knead fold. Mix your ingredients really well inside a big bowl until they form into equally-blended dough. Knead fold accordingly until the texture becomes consistent. Put dough inside a bowl, cover and let raise "til it double its size. Preheat your oven to the right temperature then place your dough inside. Wait until bread turns light brown. Take it out from your oven let cool for several minutes. The remaining heat will still cook the loaves, so wait before you slice your bread open. You can serve your Artisan Bread with pasta and wine for the classic Italian meal. Or you can simply enjoy it by itself, or paired with creamy butter and succulent jams and marmalade.
