Shakeology Alternative? What I Discovered

For years I have been in search of a good healthy shake that contained vitamins, protein, sugar free, and caffeine free. Any extras would be a plus. I"m not a big fan of taking a multivitamin in pill form on a daily basis. It"s too easy to forget and I didn"t feel like having to take a combination of pills to supplement things I needed. Not all vitamins contain everything that I require. When I learned about Shakeology, I immediately when on a search of trying to find another product out there that could serve as a good alternative. I figured I could find something equivalent for less money. With that in mind, I went to a couple of vitamin stores and asked about their different varieties of shakes. I explained to the store clerks what I was looking for in terms of ingredients. I wanted my daily vitamins, protein, amino acids, flax seed, and antioxidants (all things Shakeology includes.) The store clerks had a hard time finding one product that contained everything I wanted. They would show me meal replacement shakes that had a few vitamins but no protein. They had protein shakes that had few vitamins. As far as flax seed, they showed me a separate supplement. As for antioxidants - forget it. Most contained some type of sugar substitute or sugar in general. It was tough finding any shake that was even close to what Shakeology has all in one. Not to mention, most shakes taste horrible. I"ve had enough to know that most taste really bad. Finally, I ordred my first 30 day supply of Shakeology (chocolate flavor.) I blended it with water and ice. It literally turned into a chocolate shake. It tastes even better with skim milk. In the end, I realized that it would be nearly impossible finding another product that containted everything Shakeology does. With 70 ingredients, sugar free, caffeine free, and the super-fruit blend that provides your antioxidants - it"s almost a no-brainer for anyone seeking a healthy meal in a glass. As far as costs were concerned, I realized that a 30-day supply of Shakeology breaks down to about $3 - $4 a shake. Considering everything that is in it, it is very worth the price. Besides, I know people who spend $3 a day on coffee. I used to be one of those people. Now I rather spend the money on my health!

Whats Up With Absinthe
Along with all of the other things that the internet has brought to the shopping world, comes the new arrival absinthe. Absinthe is not actually a new arrival its just that it is illegal for stores to sell it in the U.S. And Canada, so it has been difficult to find in the past. It is however perfectly legal to import, posses and drink and if the law sounds irrational to you, don"t worry, because there are other laws on the books that are worse then that.
